				OPERATING YOUR BREVILLE JUICER
					CARE AND CLEANING
					• After each use, switch off the juicer at
					the power outlet and unplug.
					BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all promotional labels and wash
the juicer components in warm, soapy water.
					Dry thoroughly.
					• Disassemble the unit and wash all
removable parts in warm, soapy water.
					• Do not place these parts in the
					1. Place the filter surround on the motor
base then sit the stainless steel strainer
dish on top of the filter surround.
dishwasher as the high water temperature
and harsh detergents will ultimately warp
or scratch these parts. It is best to rinse
or wash all removable parts immediately
as dried citrus pulp is difficult to remove
and may stain. If any staining does occur,
wipe the affected part/s with undiluted
					dishwashing liquid and rinse thoroughly.
					• Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
					2. Fit the small cone (fig 1) onto the drive
shaft and push down lightly. For larger
fruits, place the large cone on top of the
small cone, after the small cone has
					fig.2
					been correctly positioned onto the
					drive shaft (fig 2).
the juicing cone will begin to rotate.
To stop, lift the fruit off the cone.
					Juicing will automatically stop.
					Never immerse the motor
base in water or any other
					liquid. Do not use harsh
					abrasives or detergents.
					HANDY HINTS
					• Move the fruit from side to side against
the cone whilst juicing to extract
					maximum juice.
					• More juice is obtained from fruit juiced
					at room temperature.
