The CDM 7 is an imposing floorstander which not only makes the best of the real wood
veneer finish, but also means extra volume. The 165mm Kevlar® mid/ bass combined with
the additional 165mm Cobex® low-frequency driver, delivers a bass response as tactile as
the beautifully crafted cabinets themselves.
Technical highlights

B&W 's Tweeter on top technology ensures that the sound remains focused
and time-sensitive and that the stereo image is presented with unparalleled
three dimensional accuracy.
Kevlar®: B&W developed and patented the method of using Kevlar® for
loudspeaker cones to reduce unwanted standing waves. DuPont originally
created Kevlar® for use in bulletproof vests.
