MOUNTING TO SLED
1.) INSERT OR ATTACH THE LYNCH PINS TO THE PIVOT BRACKETS AND HITCH ASSEMBLY.
2.) PLACE OR POSITION THE HITCH ASSEMBLY AT THE DESIRED MOUNTING LOCATION.
NOTE: Mounting height depends on the design of the sled base and therefore is subjective. We recommend
mounting as low as feasibly possible. However, before mounting, verify that there are no pivot obstructions
(such as the outside lip of the base) when mounted to the towing vehicle.
3.) MARK THE DRILL LOCATIONS USING THE MOUNTING HOLES OF THE PIVOT BRACKET AS A TEMPLATE.
4.) DRILL THE MARKED POSITIONS USING A 1/4" OR SLIGHTLY LARGER DRILL BIT.
5.) INSTALL THE HARDWARE AS SHOWN BEFORE SECURING FASTENERS.
TOWING LOADS SAFELY
• TRAVEL SLOWLY WHEN TOWING AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME AND DISTANCE TO STOP.
• TOTAL TOWED WEIGHT MUST NOT EXCEED LIMITS SPECIFIED IN TOWING VEHICLE’S OWNER’S MANUAL.

• USE ONLY APPROVED HITCHES. TOW ONLY WITH A MACHINE THAT HAS A HITCH DESIGNED FOR TOWING.
