TRION CV MODEL
The TRION CV Series units are freestanding, self-cleaning cartridge filters suitable for the removal of most
dry smoke and dusts (not explosive or flammable).
The filter cabinet is made from 1.5mm welded sheet metal.The unit is supplied on a stand with a collection
hopper and dust barrel which can be easily removed and emptied.
The self-cleaning system utilises compressed air which is stored in tanks on the outside of the unit.The
compressed air is led directly through the tank into the cartridges. Alternatively, the cartridges can be
cleaned during operation (on-line) or through pressure difference, which saves on compressed air.
Additionally, there is an off-line cleaning system installed.The control box with a filter monitoring
mechanism for cleaning is included.The interval-pulse sequences are individually adjustable as are
the δ-p-value settings.

TRION CM MODEL
The TRION CM Series units are also freestanding and self-cleaning cartridge filters but without integral
fan. Air movement is provided by other external sources.
The self-cleaning system process is exactly the same as the CV model. For both the CM and CV changing
the cartridges is made easy by the large doors on the front of the unit.The larger dust particles are led
directly into the collection hopper through a buffle which is installed at the air inlet.
The filter cabinet is also made from 1.5mm welded sheet metal.The unit is supplied on a stand with a
collection hopper and dust barrel which can be easily removed and emptied.The unit price includes a
compressed air maintenance system with a reverse-safety valve, water filter and pressure valve.
