IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

13.To disconnect, remove the plug from the wall outlet.
14.Do not clean the appliance with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off from
the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electrical shock.

GENERAL SAFETY RULES
WARNING! Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal injury. The warnings,
cautions, and instruction discussed in this instruction manual cannot cover all possible
conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that
common sense and caution are a factor which cannot be built into this product, but must
be supplied by the operator.
SAVE ALL INSTRUCTIONS!
CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. Extension cords are
available from local hardware stores and may be used if care is exercised in their use. If
an extension cord is required, special care and caution is necessary. Also the cord must
be: (1) marked with an electrical rating of 125 V, and at least 13 A., 1625 W., and (2)
the cord must be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over accidentally.
ELECTRIC POWER
If electric circuit is overloaded with other appliances, your appliances may not operate
properly. The appliances should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other
operating appliances.
POLARIZED PLUG
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). As a safety
feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock, this plug is intended to fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still
does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this safety feature.
SAFETY WARNING
Although your appliance is easy to operate, for your safety, the below warnings must be
followed:
1. Do not place the appliance near a heat source.
2. Never leave the appliance unattended while connected to the electrical outlet.
3. To avoid any accidental burns, never put a hand over a steam vent or cover when
the appliance is in operation.
4. Use the appliance on a stable work surface away from water.
5. Do not unplug from the wall socket by pulling on the supply cord.

FEATURES
For holiday parties, family gatherings and other social events throughout the year, this
warming tray rests elegantly on your buffet or table, keeping appetizers, casseroles or
desserts warm. Suitable for elegant buffets and entertaining, this warming tray ensures
that your food stays tastefully warm throughout your meal.
Warming Tray can be used two ways
1. When you are ready to serve but still want to keep the food warm and accessible,
plug in the warming tray. Once warming tray is plugged in, the Power Indicator
Light will turn on indicating that the tray is warming up. The indicator light will
stay on until tray is unplugged. Warming tray will maintain a temperature of
approximately 250-275°F while plugged into power source.
2. After heating up for approximately 10 minutes warming tray can be unplugged
and brought to a buffet table to keep food dishes warm. The detachable cord and
stay-cool handles help make moving the warming tray safe and easy. DO NOT
MOVE WARMING TRAY WITH FOOD ON TRAY. Once unplugged warming tray will
maintain a temperature of 200°F for 15 – 20 minutes and a temperature of
125°F for one hour.
OPERATION
1. Move the warming tray only when it is empty. Do not carry the warming tray with
food on it.
2. Place warming tray on a dry, level surface.
3. Attach cord to the side of tray, then plug into a 120 Volt AC electrical outlet.
4. Preheat for 10 minutes. Power Indicator light will stay on while plugged into power
source.
5. Warming tray will reach approximately 250-275°F when plugged into power source.
CAUTION: This item is hot and may cause a burn if touched.
6. Food warmed on tray should be fully cooked and already hot. Tray is designed for
keeping food warm only, not for heating it from cold or frozen state.
7. Never use the top of the tray as a cutting surface.
8. Place hot foods into heat-resistant, smooth, flat–bottomed serving pieces. Do not
use plastic, paper or other non heat-resistant dishes. Avoid dishes with plastic wrap
which may melt if it gets in contact with the heated surface. Do not place food
directly on top of the tray. Only heat resistant serving pieces must be used (heat
resistant glass, ceramic and metal).
9. When done using warming tray, unplug unit and allow item to cool for approximately
90 minutes before you store appliance. Item must cool completely before cleaning
or attempting to store unit.

SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
The warming tray surface is ideal for placing your pans or casseroles dishes right
out of the oven to keep foods warm and ready to serve.
Keep entrees warm while preparing other foods.
An attractive alternative for serving warm desserts.
Warming tray can be unplugged (cord detached) and brought to a buffet table to
keep food dishes warm. Warming tray once unplugged will maintain a

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the appliance is unplugged before cleaning or attempting to store
the item.
1. When performing any cleaning or maintenance to this unit, be sure to unplug
from power outlet first, and allow to cool.
2. Do not immerse warming tray or plug in water.
3. The most effective and safe way to clean the warming tray is with a mild
detergent and a soft moist cloth. Do not use any scouring agents! Do not
allow water to spill or seep into frame.
4. To polish use non-abrasive glass cleaner.
STORING
Allow the appliance to cool completely before storing. Store the appliance in a dry
location. Do not place any heavy items on top of appliance during storage as this may
result in possible damage of appliance.
Store the cord in a clean, dry location away from metal objects. Always check the plug
before use to assure metal items have not become attached.

quality standards. This product is warranted to be free from manufacturing
defects in original materials, including original parts, and workmanship until
November 8, 2006 or 1 year with proof of purchase.
The warranty is void if the defect is due to accidental damage, misuse, abuse,
neglect, improper repair or alteration by unauthorized persons or failure to follow
operation instructions provided with the product. This warranty does not apply to
commercial use.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchase and
does not extend to subsequent owners of the product. Liability under this
warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund. In no event shall liability
exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser of the product. Under no
circumstances shall there be liability for any loss, direct, indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damage arising out of in connection with use of this
product. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America. This Warranty
gives you specific legal rights. However you may have other rights that vary from
