Safety
Before proceeding with the installation, please note the following safety warnings:
• Always follow the manufacturer’s advice when using power tools and wear
suitable protective equipment (e.g. safety goggles) when drilling holes, etc.
• Before drilling holes in walls, check for hidden electricity cables and water pipes.
The use of a cable/pipe locator is advisable if in doubt.

1. Open the bell push and insert the push battery
(CR2032).

the icon on chime is flashing, press and release

7. To add new push/reprogram
Press and hold the program button l. The icons will illuminate
in sequence. Release the program button when icon you
choose is illuminated. Operate your new push and the chime
will play tune, icon will flash. To change tune, refer to step 6.
8. Unlearn procedure
To remove a push from the chime’s memory, press and hold the
program button l. Each icon will light in turn. When the icon
associated with the push to be un-learned is lit, release the button. Then press
and hold down both l and
buttons, until a ‘beep’ sound is heard.
9. Recall function
A short push of the program button l will flash the icon that was last in use.

10. Mount the bell push
Install back cover to wall, use screws provided/adhesive
pad. Close the cover.

11. Mount the chime
Mounting holes are marked with
screw symbol. Clip on the front
cover.
12. For stainable covers only
Choose your paint, stain or varnish and then
apply to the cover. Follow manufacturers’ advice
on the paint/vanish. It is possible to unscrew
the four screws shown below for painting.
Ensure you screw it back with the same screws
provided!
Once completed, clip it onto the base as in step 11.

A ‘beep’ sound is heard in learn mode…
• The push you are programming has already been learned by the chime.
• If you want to change the icon associated with the push, use the unlearn procedure,
then program the push again.

Troubleshooting
Two ‘beep’ sounds are heard after the normal chime sound…
• This indicates a low battery in the bell push that activated the chime. Install a new
battery, type CR2032.
When the bell push is operated, the amber confidence light does not turn on,
or is only on for a short time…
• In normal operation, the amber light will turn on for 1 second. When the battery is
weak, the light will only turn on for a short time. Install a new battery, type CR2032.
The chime does not work…
• Check that the batteries are the correct type, LR14 ‘C’ cells. Only use alkaline
batteries.
• Check that the batteries are fitted correctly. (No wrong polarity)
• The chime could be out of range of the bell push. Try the chime in a different location.
• The chime might not have learned the identity of the bell push. Follow the
programming procedure.

Troubleshooting
The chime does not sound…
• Check that the volume control is not at the minimum setting.
Range is reduced…
• Metal structures, including uPVC door frames can reduce the range of the product.
Avoid mounting the push or chime on or near metal structures.
• Other equipment can cause radio interference that affects your chime.
• Walls and ceilings will reduce the range.
• Weak batteries will reduce range. Replace every 12–18 months. In cold conditions
(below 41ºF [5ºC]), batteries may need to be replaced more often.
Amber light flashes…
• When the chime battery is low, an amber light located at the side of the chime will
flash every 5 seconds. Fit new batteries in the chime, type LR14 ‘C’ cells. Only use
alkaline batteries.

Sécurité
Avant de commencer l’installation, veuillez respecter les consignes de sécurité suivantes :
• Toujours suivre les recommandations du fabricant lorsqu’on utilise des appareils
électriques et toujours se servir d’un équipement protecteur (par ex. des lunettes
de protection) lorsqu’on perce des trous, etc.
• Avant de percer un trou dans un mur, vérifier qu’il n’y a pas de canalisations ou
de câbles électriques encastrés. En cas de doute, il est conseillé d’utiliser un
appareil permettant de détecter les câbles/tuyaux.

7. Pour ajouter ou reprogrammer une sonnette
Appuyer sur le bouton de programmation l et le maintenir
enfoncé. Les icônes s’allumeront les unes à la suite des autres.
Relâcher le bouton de programmation lorsque l’icône souhaitée
s’allume. Faire fonctionner la nouvelle sonnette; le carillon
fait entendre la mélodie et l’icône clignote. Pour modifier la
mélodie, voir l’étape 6.
8. Procédure de déprogrammation
Pour retirer une sonnette de la mémoire du carillon :

Remettre le couvercle en place.
12. Pour couvercles pouvant être peints seulement
Choisir une peinture, une teinture ou un vernis
puis l’appliquer sur le couvercle. Suivre les
directives du fabricant de la peinture ou du
vernis. Il est possible de dévisser les quatre vis
illustrées ci-dessous en prévision de la peinture.
S’assurer de remettre les mêmes vis en place.
Une fois la peinture terminée, remettre le
couvercle sur la base comme à l’étape 11.

Deux bips retentissent après le carillon normal…
• Cela signifie que la pile de la sonnette qui a déclenché le carillon sera bientôt
déchargée. Installer une nouvelle pile de type CR2032.
Lorsque la sonnette est utilisée, la lampe témoin jaune ne s’allume pas ou ne
s’allume qu’un court moment…
• En mode normal, la lampe témoin jaune s’allume pendant 1 seconde. Lorsque la
pile est presque déchargée, elle s’allume pendant un court moment. Installer une
nouvelle pile de type CR2032.
Le carillon ne fonctionne pas…
• Vérifier que les piles sont bien des piles C de type LR14. N’utiliser que des piles
alcalines.
• Vérifier que les piles sont correctement installées. (vérifier la polarité).
• Il est possible que le carillon soit hors de portée de la sonnette. Essayer le carillon
à un autre emplacement.
• Le carillon n’a peut-être pas enregistré l’identité de la sonnette. Suivre la procédure
de programmation.

Dépannage
Le carillon ne sonne pas…
• Vérifier que le volume n’est pas réglé au minimum.
La portée est réduite…
• Les structures métalliques, notamment les cadres de fenêtre et de porte en PVC-U,
peuvent réduire la portée du produit. Éviter de monter la sonnette ou le carillon sur
des structures métalliques ou à proximité.
• D’autres équipements engendrent des interférences radio qui risquent d’affecter le
carillon.
• Les murs et les plafonds réduisent la portée de l’appareil.
• Des piles faibles réduisent également la portée. Remplacer les piles tous les 12 à 18
mois. Dans les régions froides (en dessous de +5 °C), les piles auront besoin d’être
remplacées plus souvent.
La lampe témoin jaune clignote…
• Lorsque la pile du carillon sera bientôt déchargée, une lampe témoin jaune clignote
toutes les 5 secondes. Installer de nouvelles piles C de type LR14 dans le carillon.
N’utiliser que des piles alcalines.

7. Para añadir un nuevo pulsador / reprogramar
Presione y sostenga el botón de programación l. Los iconos
se iluminarán en secuencia. Suelte el botón de programación
cuando el icono que elija se ilumine. Accione su nuevo
pulsador y la campanilla reproducirá la melodía, el icono
destellará. Para cambiar la melodía, refiérase al paso 6.
8. Procedimiento de desprogramación
Si desea retirar un pulsador de la memoria de la campanilla:
Presione y sostenga el botón de programación l. Cada icono se iluminará uno
por uno. Cuando el icono asociado con el pulsador que desea desprogramar se
ilumina, suelte el botón. Luego presione y sostenga tanto el botón l como el
hasta que se escuche el sonido de un “tono”.
9. Función de memoria
Una presión breve del botón de programación l hará destellar el último icono
que se utilizó.

Se escucha un “tono” en la modalidad de aprendizaje...
• El pulsador que está programando ya ha sido programado por la campanilla.
• Si desea cambiar el icono relacionado con el pulsador, utilice el procedimiento de
desprogramación, luego programe el pulsador nuevamente.
Se escuchan dos “tonos” después del sonido normal de la campanilla...
• Esto indica que la batería del pulsador del timbre que activa la campanilla está baja.
Coloque una nueva batería tipo CR2032.
Cuando se acciona el pulsador del timbre, la luz ámbar de confirmación no se
enciende, o se enciende únicamente por poco tiempo...
• En condiciones normales de funcionamiento, la luz ámbar se encenderá durante 1
segundo. Cuando la batería está débil, la luz se encenderá únicamente por poco
tiempo. Coloque una nueva batería tipo CR2032.
La campanilla no funciona...
• Verifique que las baterías sean del tipo adecuado, LR6 ‘AA’ Use baterías alcalinas
únicamente.
• Verifique que las baterías estén colocadas adecuadamente. (Que la polaridad no sea
incorrecta).

• La campanilla podría estar fuera del área de alcance del pulsador del timbre. Pruebe la
campanilla en un lugar diferente.
• La campanilla podría no haber memorizado la identidad del pulsador del timbre. Siga
el procedimiento de programación.
La campanilla no suena...
• Verifique que el control de volumen no esté en la posición mínima.
Se ha reducido el alcance...
• Las estructuras metálicas, incluyendo los marcos de puerta uPVC pueden disminuir
el alcance del producto. Evite montar el pulsador o la campanilla en estructuras
metálicas o cerca de ellas.
• Otros equipos pueden ocasionar interferencia de radio que afecte su campanilla.
• Las paredes y los techos disminuyen el alcance.
• Las baterías con poca carga disminuyen el alcance. Cambie cada 12 – 18 meses. En
temperaturas frías (inferiores a 5ºC), las baterías podrían necesitar reemplazarse con
mayor frecuencia.
La luz ámbar destella...
• Cuando la batería de la campanilla está baja, una luz ámbar destellará cada 5
segundos. Coloque nuevas baterías en la campanilla, tipo LR6 ‘AA’. Use baterías
alcalinas únicamente.
