SIMPLE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Place the unit on a flat surface
Plug the power cord into a 110/120 volt AC electrical outlet
Flip the switch to the "on" position
Both the light and fan start up, indicating that the unit is operating properly
HELPFUL HINTS
Best results are obtained from placing the unit in an elevated spot. The top of a bookshelf or refrigerator is ideal.
The unit can be operated on any time schedule that suits your needs. This will depend on factors such as the specific layout and other conditions of
the area being treated. Because of its low power consumption (less than a 50-watt light bulb), many users choose to operate the unit continuously.
MAINTENANCE
There are no filters or plates to clean or replace. The only maintenance required is to keep the intake vent and fan clear of any build-up of dust
or debris. Periodically turn the purifier off and check this intake / fan area. When necessary, clean the area by either vacuuming or blowing.
To vacuum, place the vacuum cleaner dusting attachment against the intake vent and clean. Or, dust and debris can be cleared away using
canned compressed air.
