Designed to Perform.
Weighing at 1.9kg, the new VPL-CX21 and VPL-CS21 are designed for maximum portability and convenience without sacrificing projection
power. Its slim (52mm) and stylish body is carefully molded using a unique nanomolding process, which allows aluminium to bond closely
with resin to create a light, yet very strong and durable material. Non-frequently used buttons are hidden behind a cover to give you a
cleaner design. And, its stylish curved edge allows for comfortable handling – making it a pleasure to carry with you to your meetings.
Advanced Intelligent Auto Setup
Powered Tilt Adjuster

Security
Short Throwing Distance
Using the short focal lens, you can project on an 80-inch screen
at a focal length as short as 2.3m. This allows for projection of
large-sized images in a limited space.
Password Authentication System
By incorporating a 4-digit password system, it helps to
prevent unauthorised use of the projector.

Brighter Mobile Projection.
Benefits of 3LCD Technology
Gentle on the Eyes
With a separate LCD panel for each primary colour, you get bright,
natural images that are so easy on the eyes.
3LCD technology enables projection of stable and flicker free images
that are gentle on the eyes. With 3LCD, there are no problems with
colour breakup - otherwise known as the rainbow effect - that can
affect some projection systems. This makes superb reproduction of
moving images.
Bright Images
3LCD projectors divide the light emitted from the lamp into the three
basic colors of red (R), green (G) and blue (B). Each colour light
shines through separate liquid crystal panels (HTPS type) that give
shape and movement to the final image on the screen. Therefore,
light efficiency is excellent as the three basic colors are projected the
entire time when the projector is on. This ensures that users see an
image that is both bright and sharp.
High Brightness 2100 ANSI Lumens
Incorporating Sony's original 0.63-inch LCD panels and new 165W
lamp, the VPL-CX21 and VPL-CS21 can reproduce bright images
at 2100 ANSI lumens.
Natural Images
Sony 3LCD projectors produce accurate colours. Each primary colour
is carefully controlled and recombined, such that subtle expressions
in gradations and shadows are accurately reproduced.
Sony’s unique optical unit.
