The Ricoh SMFC210M SecureFax is designed to operate with the
most secure systems of document transmission available today:
Secure Terminal Equipment (STE) digital encryption devices, as
well as Omni and Secetera Terminals.
• A touch-screen user interface controls all secure communications functions
and dramatically simplifies programming and changing communication
modes. Easy to understand hints prompt users to the proper communica-
tion mode to set their encryption equipment.
• Volatile RAM memory storage ensures that jobs are deleted immediately
after job completion or transmission failure—there is no hard drive
memory storage to compromise security.
• Secure information is sent directly to another secure fax, so only the
intended recipient has access to the information.
The Ricoh SMFC210M SecureFax can be
used to send and receive both color and
B&W documents.

The Ricoh SMFC210M SecureFax gives you the all-in-one capabili-
ties needed for today’s mission—copying, printing, scanning and
secure faxing—to handle nearly all of your mission requirements
in a single unit.
• No need to deploy separate printer, copier and scanner units with their
individual supplies.
• Print at a rapid 31 ppm B&W or 8 ppm color and copy at up to 21 ppm B&W
or 7 ppm color—all at up to 1200 dpi resolution.
• Capture even fine details by scanning documents in full color at up to
1200 x 2400 dpi resolution.
• Scan originals at 21 ppm B&W or 7 ppm full color through the 35-page
Automatic Document Feeder.
• Minimize print interruptions through the optional 530-sheet paper tray.
All-In-One (AIO) supply cartridges ensure
fast, easy replacement and protect the sys-
tem from toner leakage during transport.

with an ISDN-based STE.
