is an all-in-one radio system designed to  
provide high-quality sound. The multi-band  
tuner lets you listen to AM/FM radio, VHF  
television audio, aircraft transmissions,  
marine bands, and weather bands. Its  
portable design means you can use it  
anywhere you go, indoors or out, at work or  
play.

your radio from four AA batteries, standard  
AC power (with an optional 6V DC adapter)  
or vehicle battery power (with an optional  
adapter).

• If you cannot eliminate the interference,  
the FCC requires that you stop using  
your radio.  
Automatic Frequency Control (AFC) —  
provides drift-free FM reception with reduced  
sound distortion.

You can power the radio using a 6V, 250 mA  
AC adapter and a size M Adaptaplug™  
adapter (neither supplied). Both are available  
at your local RadioShack store.  
Changes or modifications not expressly  
approved by RadioShack may cause  
interference and void the user’s authority to  
operate the equipment.  
Telescoping Antenna — provides good  
reception of FM, TV and aircraft  
transmissions.  
POWER Indicator — indicates when the  
radio is on.

You must use a Class 2 power  
source that supplies 6V DC  
and delivers at least 250 mA.
