Jeep® Wrangler® Sport  
You will need...  
Left Control Lever  
Right Control Lever  
Turn your transmitter and  
vehicle on.  
Four AA batteries, or  
®
One 6V rechargeable battery pack for the vehicle (neither  
included), and  
Thank you for purchasing your Jeep® Wrangler  
Sport from RadioShack.  
Use the control levers to drive  
your vehicle.  
One 9V battery for the transmitter (not included)  
When you finish driving your  
vehicle, turn your vehicle and  
transmitter off.  
Stop  
in your vehicle  
Turn your vehicle off.  
Insert four AA batteries in the  
supplied adapter, matching  
the polarity symbols (+ and -)  
marked inside.  
Place the adapter inside the  
compartment, matching the  
polarity (+ and -) symbols  
marked on your vehicle.  
Keep your vehicle dry; if it gets wet, wipe it dry  
immediately.  
Do not use batteries of different types,  
capacities or chemistry.  
Use a coin to secure the latch  
and lock the adapter or battery  
pack in place.  
Use and store your vehicle in room temperature  
environments only.  
Never leave dead or weak batteries in your  
transmitter or vehicle.  
If you are using a 6V rechargeable  
battery pack:  
Handle your vehicle carefully; do not drop it.  
If you do not plan to use your vehicle or  
transmitter for several days, remove all  
batteries from them. Batteries can leak  
chemicals that may destroy electronic parts.  
Do not drive your vehicle through puddles or mud, in  
the rain, snow or sand.  
Place the battery pack in the compartment, matching the  
polarity (+ and -) marked on your vehicle.  
Wipe your vehicle with a damp cloth occasionally to  
keep it looking new.  
Before you can use your battery pack, you  
must charge it with a battery pack charger.  
You may purchase a battery pack charger  
from your local RadioShack store.  
Modifying or tampering with the vehicle’s internal  
components can cause a malfunction and might  
invalidate its warranty, and void your FCC authorization  
to operate it.  
Using alkaline batteries slightly decreases the  
speed of your vehicle.

at all, replace the batteries in your adapter or  
recharge your battery pack.
