One year in Europe, Middle East, and Africa; Ninety days elsewhere.
Camera accessories include products and devices that enhance the use of your
camera, for example camera docks, memory cards, or carrying cases.
Camera hardware One year.
A. Extent of limited warranty
1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) warrants to the end-user customer (Customer) that each HP product
specified above (Product) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period
specified above. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by Customer.
2. For each software product, HP’s limited warranty applies only to a failure to execute programming
instructions. HP does not warrant that the operation of any Product will be uninterrupted or error
free.
3. HP’s limited warranty covers only those defects that arise as a result of normal use of a Product,
and does not cover any other problems, including those that arise as a result of:
a. Improper use, maintenance, storage, handling, or modification;
b. Software, media, parts, accessories, supplies, or power adapters or sources not provided or
supported by HP; or,
c. Operation or other conditions outside a Product’s specifications.
4. If HP receives, during the applicable warranty period, notice of a defect in a Product, HP shall at its
option either replace or repair the defective Product.
5. If HP cannot replace or repair a defective Product that is covered by HP’s limited warranty, HP may,
within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect, provide either another product similar in
performance or a refund of the purchase price prorated based on usage and other appropriate
factors.
6. HP shall have no obligation to replace, repair, or refund until Customer returns the defective Product
to HP and provides a valid proof of purchase.
7. Any replacement product may be either new or like-new, provided it has functionality at least equal
to that of the Product being replaced.
8. A Product may contain remanufactured parts, components, or materials equivalent to new in
performance.
9. HP’s limited warranty is valid in any country or locality where HP has a support presence for the
Product and has marketed the Product. The level of warranty service may vary according to local
standards. Upgraded warranty services, such as next day exchange, on-site service, and accident
protection, may be purchased from HP.
B. Limitations of Warranty
TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, NEITHER HP NOR ITS THIRD PARTY
SUPPLIERS MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO A PRODUCT, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY,
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
C. Limitations of Liability
1. To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies provided in this Limited Warranty Statement (LWS)
are Customer’s sole and exclusive remedies.
2. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY
SET FORTH IN THIS LWS, IN NO EVENT SHALL HP OR ITS THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS BE
LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,
WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND WHETHER
ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
D. Local Law
1. This LWS gives Customer specific legal rights. Customer may also have other rights that vary from
state to state in the United States, from province to province in Canada, and from country to country
elsewhere in the world.
2. To the extent this LWS is inconsistent with local law, this LWS shall be deemed modified to be
consistent with local law. Under local law, certain disclaimers and limitations of this LWS may not
apply to Customer. For example, the federal government of the United States, some states in the
United States, and some governments outside the United States (including provinces in Canada),
may:
a. Grant Customer additional warranty rights;

b. Preclude the disclaimers and limitations in this LWS from limiting the statutory rights of a
consumer (e.g., the United Kingdom);
c. Otherwise restrict the ability of a manufacturer to enforce such disclaimers or limitations;
d. Specify the duration of implied warranties that the manufacturer cannot disclaim; or,
e. Disallow limitations on the duration of implied warranties
3. Customer may have additional statutory rights based on its purchase agreement. Those rights are
not in any way affected by this LWS.
4. For consumer transactions in the United States, any implied warranties imposed by law are limited in
duration to the express warranty period.
5. FOR CONSUMER TRANSACTIONS IN AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND, THE TERMS IN THIS
LWS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT LAWFULLY PERMITTED, DO NOT EXCLUDE, RESTRICT, OR
MODIFY, AND ARE IN ADDITION TO, THE MANDATORY STATUTORY RIGHTS APPLICABLE TO
THE SALE OF A PRODUCT TO SUCH CUSTOMERS.

Disposal of this material can be regulated because of environmental considerations. For disposal or recy-

Regulatory model identification number
For regulatory identification purposes, your product is assigned a Regulatory Model Number. The Regula-
tory Model Number for your product is FCLSD-0603. This regulatory number should not be confused with
the marketing name (HP Photosmart R725/R727 Digital Cameras) or product numbers (L2062A, L2063A,
L2064A, L2065A, L2066A, L2069A, L2070A, L2071A, L2072A, L2073A).

Safety precautions
•
To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not open the camera case or attempt to repair the camera your-
self. Contact an authorized HP Service Center for repairs.

Keep the camera dry. Exposing the camera to excessive moisture can cause it to malfunction.
If moisture gets inside the camera, stop using the camera immediately. Allow the camera to air dry
completely before operating it again.
•
When disposing of batteries, follow the battery manufacturer’s disposal and recycling instructions or
the guidelines that are recommended for your area, do not incinerate or puncture batteries.
Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
A rechargeable Lithium Ion battery can be recharged in the camera when the camera is connected to
the HP Digital Camera dock, the HP Premium Camera dock, or the AC adapter. Use only the AC power
adapter or camera docks approved by HP for your camera. Use of a non-approved AC power adapter
or camera docks could damage the camera or cause an unsafe condition. It will also void your cam-
era’s warranty.

Produit, HP procédera au remplacement ou à la réparation du Produit défectueux.
5. Si HP n'est pas en mesure de remplacer ou de réparer le Produit défectueux couvert par la garantie
limitée HP, HP pourra, dans un délai raisonnable après avoir été informé dudit défaut, fournir un
autre produit offrant les mêmes performances ou rembourser le prix d'achat du Produit en fonction
de l'utilisation de ce dernier et d'autres facteurs pertinents.
6. En aucun cas, HP ne sera tenu de remplacer ou réparer le Produit, ou de rembourser le Client tant
que ce dernier n'aura pas retourné le Produit défectueux à HP et fourni une preuve d'achat valable.
7. Les produits de remplacement pourront être neufs ou équivalents à des produits neufs, à condition
que leurs fonctionnalités soient au moins équivalentes à celles du Produit remplacé.
8. Un Produit peut contenir des pièces, des composants ou des matériaux reconditionnés équivalents
à des produits neufs en termes de performances.
9. La garantie limitée HP est valable dans tout pays ou dans toute localité où HP a un centre
d'assistance et une présence commerciale pour ledit Produit. Le niveau des services de garantie
peut varier en fonction de la réglementation locale. Les extensions de garantie, telles que l'échange
le jour ouvré suivant, l'intervention sur site ou la protection en cas de dommage peuvent être
achetées auprès de HP.
B. Limitations de garantie

D. Législation locale

sopra menzionato (Prodotto) è esente da difetti di materiale e manodopera per il periodo suindicato.
Il periodo di garanzia si calcola a partire dalla data di acquisto da parte del Cliente.
2. Per ciascun prodotto software HP, la garanzia limitata HP si applica solo in caso di mancata
esecuzione delle istruzioni di programmazione. HP non garantisce che il funzionamento di ciascun
suo Prodotto sarà ininterrotto o esente da errori.
3. La garanzia limitata di HP copre solo i difetti derivanti dall'uso normale del Prodotto e non copre
eventuali altri problemi, inclusi quelli derivanti da:
a. Uso, manutenzione, conservazione, manipolazione o alterazione impropria;
b. Software, supporti, parti, accessori, materiali di consumo, alimentatori o fonti di alimentazione
non previste o non supportate da HP; ovvero
c. Funzionamento o altre condizioni difformi dalle specifiche del Prodotto.

4. Durante il periodo di garanzia, qualora HP riceva notifica di un difetto per un qualsiasi Prodotto, HP
potrà, a propria discrezione, sostituire o riparare il Prodotto difettoso.
5. Qualora HP non sia in grado, entro un lasso ragionevole di tempo dalla notifica del difetto, di
sostituire o riparare il Prodotto difettoso coperto dalla garanzia HP, dovrà fornire un altro prodotto
equivalente per prestazioni ovvero rimborsare il prezzo di acquisto del Prodotto, in ciò
considerandone percentualmente l'usura o altri fattori appropriati.
6. HP non avrà alcun obbligo di sostituzione, riparazione o rimborso fino a che il Cliente non avrà
restituito il Prodotto difettoso ad HP unitamente ad una prova di acquisto valida.
7. I prodotti sostitutivi potranno essere nuovi o equivalenti per prestazioni a quelli nuovi, a condizione
che le funzionalità siano quanto meno uguali a quelle del Prodotto sostituito.
8. Un Prodotto HP potrà contenere parti, componenti o materiali ricostruiti equivalenti per prestazioni a
quelli nuovi.
9. La garanzia limitata HP è valida in tutti i paesi o luoghi in cui HP è presente con la propria
assistenza per questo Prodotto e lo commercializza. Il livello dei servizi di assistenza in garanzia
possono variare in base agli standard locali. Su richiesta, HP mette a disposizione servizi di
garanzia aggiuntivi a pagamento, quali la sostituzione entro il giorno successivo, l'assistenza in loco
e la protezione da incidenti.
B. Limiti della garanzia

IN PARTICOLARE IN QUESTA GARANZIA LIMITATA, IN NESSUN CASO HP O TERZI SARANNO
RITENUTI RESPONSABILI DI DANNI DIRETTI, INDIRETTI, SPECIALI, ACCIDENTALI O
CONSEGUENTI, DERIVANTI DA CONTRATTO, DOLO O ALTRO, ANCHE SE INFORMATI DELLA
POSSIBILITÀ DI TALI DANNI.
D. Leggi vigenti
1. Questa garanzia limitata conferisce al Cliente specifici diritti legali, cui possono aggiungersi altri
diritti, variabili da stato a stato negli Stati Uniti, da provincia a provincia in Canada e da giurisdizione
a giurisdizione nel resto del mondo.
2. Qualora tale garanzia limitata non fosse compatibile con le leggi vigenti, essa dovrà essere
modificata in modo tale da renderla compatibile. Conformemente a tali leggi, determinate clausole
esonerative o limitazioni contenute nella presente garanzia limitata potrebbero non applicarsi al
Cliente. Ad esempio, il Geverno Federale degli Stati Uniti, alcuni stati degli Stati Uniti nonché alcuni

a. Conferire al Cliente diritti di garanzia aggiuntivi;
b. Impedire alle clausole esonerative e limitazioni di questa garanzia limitata di porre restrizioni ai
diritti riconosciuti per legge ai consumatori (ad esempio, nel Regno Unito);
c. Limitare in altro modo la possibilità di applicare tali clausole esonerative o limitazioni; ovvero
d. Specificare la durata delle garanzie implicite che il produttore non può disconoscere; ovvero,
e. Invalidare i limiti imposti alla durata delle garanzie implicite
3. Il Cliente potrebbe avere titolo a diritti aggiuntivi sulla base del contratto di acquisto. Questa
garanzia limitata non pregiudica in alcun modo tali diritti.
4. Per le transazioni con i consumatori negli Stati Uniti, ogni garanzia implicita imposta per legge è
limitata al periodo di garanzia espressamente citato nella medesima.

Norme di sicurezza

Nello smaltimento o nel riciclaggio delle batterie, seguire le istruzioni del costruttore o la legislazione
locale vigente in materia nella propria area geografica. Non perforare o bruciare le batterie.
Non ricaricare le batterie non ricaricabili.
Una batteria ricaricabile agli ioni di litio può essere ricaricata nella fotocamera, quando la fotocamera è
collegata all'alloggiamento della fotocamera digitale HP, all'alloggiamento della fotocamera HP
Premium oppure all'adattatore CA. Utilizzare esclusivamente un adattatore CA o alloggiamenti per
fotocamera approvati da HP per la fotocamera di cui si dispone. L'utilizzo di un adattatore CA o

Ein Jahr in Europa, im Nahen Osten und in Afrika; 90 Tage in anderen Ländern.
Das Kamerazubehör umfasst Produkte und Geräte, die die
Nutzungsmöglichkeiten der Kamera verbessern, z. B. Kamera-Dockingstationen,
Speicherkarten und Transporttaschen.

Ein Jahr.
A. Umfang der beschränkten Gewährleistung
1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) garantiert dem Endkunden (Kunde), dass alle weiter oben genannten HP
Produkte (Produkt) für den oben angegebenen Zeitraum frei von Material- und Verarbeitungsfehlern
sind. Die Gewährleistungsfrist beginnt mit dem Kauf des Produkts durch den Kunden.
2. Bei allen Softwareprodukten gilt die beschränkte HP Gewährleistung ausschließlich für die
fehlerhafte Ausführung von Programmieranweisungen. HP gewährleistet nicht den unterbrechungs-
oder fehlerfreien Betrieb eines Produkts.
3. Die beschränkte Gewährleistung von HP gilt nur für Mängel, die sich bei normaler Benutzung des
Produkts ergeben, und erstreckt sich nicht auf:
a. Unsachgemäße Verwendung, Wartung, Aufbewahrung, Handhabung oder Änderung
b. Software, Medien, Teile, Zubehör, Verbrauchsmaterialien oder Netzteile, die nicht von HP
geliefert oder unterstützt werden, oder
c. Betrieb oder sonstige Bedingungen, die nicht den Spezifikationen für das Produkt
entsprechen.
4. Wenn HP während des jeweils zutreffenden Gewährleistungszeitraums von einem Schaden an
einem unter die HP Gewährleistung fallenden Produkt in Kenntnis gesetzt wird, wird das fehlerhafte
Produkt nach Ermessen von HP entweder repariert oder ersetzt.
5. Sollte HP nicht in der Lage sein, ein fehlerhaftes, unter die Gewährleistung fallendes Produkt zu
reparieren oder zu ersetzen, stellt HP innerhalb eines angemessenen Zeitraums nach
Benachrichtigung über den Schaden entweder ein Ersatzprodukt mit vergleichbarem
Leistungsumfang zur Verfügung oder dem Kunden wird der bezahlte Kaufpreis für das Produkt
abzüglich eines angemessenen Anteils für die Nutzung und andere relevante Faktoren erstattet.
6. HP ist nicht zum Ersatz, zur Reparatur oder Erstattung verpflichtet, solange der Kunde das
fehlerhafte Produkt nicht an HP zurückgibt und keinen gültigen Kaufbeleg vorlegt.
7. Ersatzprodukte können neu oder neuwertig sein, solange sie über mindestens denselben
Funktionsumfang verfügen wie das zu ersetzende Produkt.
8. Ein Produkt kann grundüberholte Teile, Komponenten oder Materialien enthalten, die in ihrer
Leistung neuen Teilen entsprechen.
9. Die eingeschränkte Gewährleistung von HP gilt überall dort, wo HP Unterstützung für dieses
Produkt anbietet und dieses Produkt vertrieben hat. Der Umfang der Gewährleistung kann je nach
lokalen Gegebenheiten variieren. Bei HP sind erweiterte Services im Rahmen der Gewährleistung,
z. B. Austausch am nächsten Tag, Vor-Ort-Service und Schutz gegen Unfälle erwerbbar.
B. Einschränkungen der Gewährleistung
IN DEM DURCH DIE LOKALEN GESETZE ZUGELASSENEN RAHMEN ÜBERNEHMEN WEDER
HP NOCH DESSEN ZULIEFERER WEITERE AUSDRÜCKLICHE ODER STILLSCHWEIGENDE
GEWÄHRLEISTUNGEN ODER ZUSICHERUNGEN IN BEZUG AUF EIN PRODUKT.
INSBESONDERE ERTEILT HEWLETT-PACKARD KEINERLEI GEWÄHRLEISTUNGEN ODER
ZUSICHERUNGEN IN BEZUG AUF MARKTTAUGLICHKEIT, ZUFRIEDENSTELLENDE
QUALITÄT ODER EIGNUNG FÜR EINEN BESTIMMTEN ZWECK.
C. Haftungsbeschränkung
1. Im Rahmen der örtlich gültigen Gesetzgebung sind die in dieser Erklärung zur beschränkten
Gewährleistung (EBG) enthaltenen Rechtsmittel die einzigen und ausschließlichen Rechtsmittel
des Kunden.
2. IN DEM NACH GELTENDEM RECHT ZULÄSSIGEN MASS UND MIT AUSNAHME DER IN
DIESER EBG AUSDRÜCKLICH ANGEGEBENEN VERPFLICHTUNGEN SIND WEDER HP NOCH
DESSEN ZULIEFERER ERSATZPFLICHTIG FÜR DIREKTE, INDIREKTE, BESONDERE,
ZUFÄLLIGE ODER FOLGESCHÄDEN, UNABHÄNGIG DAVON, OB DIESE AUF DER BASIS VON
VERTRÄGEN, UNERLAUBTEN HANDLUNGEN ODER ANDEREN RECHTSTHEORIEN
GELTEND GEMACHT WERDEN UND OB HP ODER DESSEN ZULIEFERER VON DER
MÖGLICHKEIT EINES SOLCHEN SCHADENS UNTERRICHTET WURDE.

D. Geltendes Recht
1. Diese EBG räumt dem Kunden bestimmte gesetzliche Rechte ein. Der Kunde hat unter Umständen
weitere Rechte, die in den Vereinigten Staaten von Bundesstaat zu Bundesstaat, in Kanada von
Provinz zu Provinz und in der restlichen Welt von Land zu Land verschieden sein können.
2. Soweit diese EBG nicht dem geltenden Recht entspricht, soll diese EGB als so abgeändert gelten,
dass die hierin enthaltenen Bestimmungen dem geltenden Recht entsprechen. Unter dem
geltenden Recht können bestimmte Erklärungen und Einschränkungen dieser EBG nicht auf den
Kunden zutreffen. Beispiel: Von der US-Regierung und einigen Bundesstaaten der USA sowie
einigen Regierungen außerhalb der USA (einschließlich Provinzen in Kanada) wurden ggf. folgende
Regelungen getroffen:
a. Gewährung zusätzlicher Kundenrechte im Rahmen der Gewährleistung
b. Ausschluss der Erklärungen und Einschränkungen in dieser EBG, die die Rechte des
Verbrauchers beschränken (z. B. in Großbritannien)
c. Sonstige Einschränkungen des Herstellers, solche Erklärungen und Einschränkungen
durchzusetzen
d. Angabe der Dauer der stillschweigenden Gewährleistung, die vom Hersteller nicht
eingeschränkt werden darf
e. Verbot der zeitlichen Einschränkung stillschweigender Gewährleistungen
3. Je nach Kaufvereinbarung besitzt der Kunde möglicherweise weitere Rechte. Diese Rechte werden
von dieser EBG in keiner Weise beeinflusst.
4. Bei Kundentransaktionen in den USA ist die Dauer der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen
stillschweigenden Gewährleistungen auf die Dauer der ausdrücklichen Gewährleistung begrenzt.
5. BEI KUNDENTRANSAKTIONEN IN AUSTRALIEN UND NEUSEELAND GILT: DURCH DIE IN
DIESER EBG ENTHALTENEN BEDINGUNGEN WERDEN, AUSSER IM GESETZLICH
ZULÄSSIGEN RAHMEN, DIE GESETZLICH VERANKERTEN RECHTE, DIE FÜR DEN VERKAUF
EINES PRODUKTS AN DIE BETREFFENDEN KUNDEN GELTEN, IN KEINER WEISE
MODIFIZIERT, BESCHRÄNKT ODER AUSGESCHLOSSEN, SONDERN SIE GELTEN
ZUSÄTZLICH ZU DIESEN RECHTEN.

Modellnummer
Zu Identifizierungszwecken ist Ihrem Produkt eine Modellnummer zugewiesen. Die Modellnummer für Ihr
Produkt lautet FCLSD-0603. Diese Modellnummer darf nicht mit dem Produktnamen (HP Photosmart
R725/R727 Digitalkameras) oder Produktnummern (L2062A, L2063A, L2064A, L2065A, L2066A, L2069A,
L2070A, L2071A, L2072A, L2073A) verwechselt werden.
Sicherheitsbestimmungen

Versuchen Sie nicht, das Kameragehäuse zu öffnen, um die Kamera zu reparieren. Hierbei besteht
Gefahr durch elektrische Spannung. Wenden Sie sich bei Reparaturen an ein HP
Kundendienstzentrum.

Halten Sie die Kamera trocken. Übermäßige Feuchtigkeit kann zu Fehlfunktionen führen.
Wenn Feuchtigkeit in die Kamera gelangt ist, verwenden Sie diese nicht mehr. Lassen Sie die Kamera
an der Luft vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie diese wieder in Betrieb nehmen.
Befolgen Sie beim Entsorgen von Batterien die Entsorgungs- und Recycling-Anweisungen des
Herstellers bzw. die für Sie geltenden Entsorgungsbestimmungen. Verbrennen oder öffnen Sie die
Batterien nicht.

Versuchen Sie nicht, normale (nicht aufladbare Batterien) aufzuladen.
Ein aufladbarer Lithium-Ionen-Akku kann in der Kamera aufgeladen werden, wenn die Kamera an der
HP Dockingstation für Digitalkameras, der HP Premium Kamera-Dockingstation oder am Netzteil
angeschlossen ist. Verwenden Sie nur das Netzteil oder die Kamera-Dockingstation, die von HP für
Ihre Kamera zertifiziert wurden. Die Verwendung anderer Netzteile oder Kamera-Dockingstationen
kann zu Schäden an der Kamera oder unsicheren Betriebszuständen führen. Außerdem erlischt in

A. Alcance de la garantía limitada
1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) garantiza al cliente usuario final (Cliente) que el producto HP especificado
anteriormente (Producto) estará exento de defectos en materiales y de fabricación durante el
periodo indicado. El periodo de garantía empieza a partir de la fecha de compra del Cliente.
2. Para cada producto de software, la garantía limitada de HP sólo se aplica a errores de ejecución de
las instrucciones de programación. HP no garantiza que ningún Producto funcionará
ininterrumpidamente o sin errores.
3. La garantía limitada de HP abarca sólo los defectos que se originen como consecuencia del uso
normal del Producto y no cubre ningún otro problema, incluidos los provocados por:
a. Uso, mantenimiento, almacenamiento, manejo o modificación indebidos o inadecuados;
b. software, soportes, componentes, accesorios, suministros o fuentes o adaptadores de
alimentación que HP no proporcione o respalde; ni
c. el uso del Producto, o cualquier otra actividad, en contravención con las especificaciones.

4. Si HP recibe, durante el período de garantía vigente, aviso de defecto en el Producto, HP deberá
reparar o sustituir el Producto defectuoso, a discreción de HP.
5. Si HP no puede reparar ni sustituir un Producto defectuoso cubierto por la garantía limitada de HP,
HP deberá, dentro de un período de tiempo razonable tras recibir la notificación del defecto,
suministrar otro producto con un rendimiento similar o rembolsar el importe pagado prorrateado de
acuerdo con el uso y otros factores aplicables.
6. HP no tiene ninguna obligación de reparar, sustituir ni reembolsar hasta que el Cliente le devuelva
el Producto defectuoso y aporte un comprobante válido de la compra.
7. Cualquier producto de recambio podrá ser nuevo o reacondicionado, siempre y cuando su
funcionalidad sea como mínimo equivalente a la del Producto que se está reemplazando.
8. Un Producto puede contener piezas, componentes o materiales cuyo rendimiento es equivalente al
de los nuevos.
9. La garantía limitada de HP es válida en cualquier país o región donde HP cuente con recursos de
asistencia técnica para el Producto y donde HP haya comercializado el Producto. El nivel del
servicio de garantía podrá variar de acuerdo con las normas locales. Los servicios de ampliación de
garantía, como el cambio al día siguiente, servicios locales y protección por accidentes, se pueden
adquirir en HP.
B. Limitaciones de la garantía
HASTA DONDE LO PERMITAN LAS LEYES, NI HP NI SUS PROVEEDORES OTORGAN
NINGUNA OTRA GARANTÍA NI CONDICIÓN DE NINGÚN TIPO, YA SEA EXPRESA O
IMPLÍCITA, RESPECTO A UN PRODUCTO, Y RECHAZAN ESPECÍFICAMENTE LAS
GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS O CONDICIONES DE COMERCIABILIDAD, CALIDAD SATISFACTORIA
E IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN DETERMINADO.
C. Limitaciones de responsabilidad
1. Hasta donde lo permitan las leyes locales, los recursos indicados en esta Declaración de garantía
limitada (DGL) son los únicos y exclusivos recursos de los que dispone el Cliente.
2. HASTA DONDE LO PERMITAN LAS LEYES LOCALES, A EXCEPCIÓN DE LAS OBLIGACIONES
ESTIPULADAS ESPECÍFICAMENTE EN ESTA DGL, NI HP NI SUS TERCEROS PROVEEDORES
SE HARÁN RESPONSABLES EN NINGUNA CIRCUNSTANCIA DE DAÑOS DIRECTOS,

D. Leyes locales
1. Esta DGL otorga derechos legales específicos al Cliente, quien podría disfrutar de otros derechos,
que varían según el estado (en EE.UU.), la provincia (en Canadá) o la entidad gubernamental en
cualquier otro país del mundo.
2. Si esta DGL entra en conflicto con las leyes locales, esta DGL se deberá modificar hasta que deje
de estarlo de acuerdo con la ley local. Según dicha ley local, algunas exenciones de
responsabilidad y limitaciones de esta DGL pueden no ser aplicables al Cliente. Por ejemplo, el
gobierno federal de Estados Unidos, ciertos estados de Estados Unidos, así como ciertas entidades
gubernamentales en el exterior de Estados Unidos (incluidas las provincias de Canadá), pueden:
a. Otorgar al Cliente derechos adicionales de garantía.
b. Impedir que las declinaciones de responsabilidad y limitaciones estipuladas en esta DGL
limiten los derechos estatutarios del cliente (por ejemplo, en el Reino Unido).
c. Restringir de cualquier otra forma la capacidad de un fabricante de imponer tales renuncias o
limitaciones.
d. Especificar la duración de garantías implícitas que el fabricante no puede eludir.
e. No permitir limitaciones de la duración de garantías implícitas.
3. El Cliente puede tener derechos estatutarios adicionales en base al acuerdo de compra. Dichos
derechos no se verán afectados por esta DGL.
4. Para transacciones con clientes en Estados Unidos, cualquier garantía implícita impuesta por la ley
se limita a la duración del periodo de garantía explícita.
5. PARA TRANSACCIONES CON CLIENTES EN AUSTRALIA Y NUEVA ZELANDA, LOS
TÉRMINOS ENUNCIADOS EN ESTA DGL, SALVO HASTA DONDE LO PERMITA LA LEY, NO
EXCLUYEN, RESTRINGEN NI MODIFICAN LOS DERECHOS FUNDAMENTALES APLICABLES

Para evitar el riesgo de descarga eléctrica, no abra la cámara ni intente repararla usted mismo. Si es
necesario repararla, póngase en contacto con un centro de servicio autorizado de HP.
Mantenga la cámara seca. Si la cámara queda expuesta a una humedad excesiva, no funcionará
correctamente.
Si penetra humedad en el interior de la cámara, deje de utilizarla de inmediato. Deje que la cámara se
seque completamente al aire antes de volver a utilizarla.
Cuando tire las pilas, siga las instrucciones de reciclaje del fabricante o las recomendaciones de su
zona; no queme ni perfore las baterías.

Una batería de ion de litio recargable puede recargarse en la cámara cuando ésta se conecta a la base

Camera-accessoires zijn producten en apparaten die u meer mogelijkheden
bieden bij het gebruik van de camera, zoals cameradocks, geheugenkaarten en
draagtassen.

A. Dekking van beperkte garantie
1. Hewlett-Packard (HP) garandeert de eindgebruiker (Klant) dat ieder hierboven vermeld HP-product
(Product) vrij is van gebreken in materiaal en constructie gedurende de hierboven aangegeven
periode. De garantieperiode begint op de datum van aankoop door de Klant.
2. Voor ieder softwareproduct geldt de beperkte garantie van HP alleen voor niet-uitvoering van
programma-instructies door de software. HP garandeert niet dat welk Product dan ook
ononderbroken of zonder fouten zal functioneren.
3. De beperkte garantie van HP dekt uitsluitend defecten die zijn opgetreden bij normaal gebruik van
het Product en strekt zich niet uit tot overige problemen, inclusief problemen die het gevolg zijn van:
a. onjuist gebruik, onderhoud, opslag, behandeling of wijzigingen,
b. software, media, onderdelen, accessoires, toebehoren, netstroomadapters of bronnen niet
geleverd of ondersteund door HP, of
c. gebruik in andere dan de voor het Product gespecificeerde omstandigheden.
4. Als u HP binnen de gestelde garantieperiode op de hoogte stelt van een gebrek aan een Product,
zal HP het niet naar behoren functionerende Product naar eigen keuze repareren of vervangen.
5. Indien HP niet in staat is het niet naar behoren functionerende Product dat door de beperkte van
garantie van HP wordt gedekt, te vervangen of te repareren, kan HP, binnen een redelijke termijn na
de kennisgeving van het defect, ofwel een ander, gelijkwaardig product ofwel een restitutie van de
aankoopprijs aanbieden naar verhouding van gebruik en andere toepasselijke factoren.
6. HP is niet verplicht het Product te vervangen, repareren of vergoeden voordat de Klant het niet naar
behoren werkende Product naar HP retourneert met overlegging van een geldig aankoopbewijs.
7. Vervangende producten zijn nieuw of gelijkwaardig aan nieuwe producten, mits de functionaliteit ten
minste gelijk is aan de functionaliteit van het Product dat wordt vervangen.
8. Een Product kan gereviseerde onderdelen of materialen bevatten die functioneel gelijkwaardig zijn
aan nieuwe onderdelen of materialen.
9. De beperkte garantie van HP is van toepassing in elk land waarin HP ondersteuning biedt voor dit
Product en waarin HP dit product op de markt heeft gebracht. De garantieservice kan per land
verschillen, afhankelijk van de geldende standaard. Uitgebreide garantieservices, zoal
productvervanging volgende dag, service op locatie en ongevallenbeveiliging, kunnen worden
aangeschaft via HP.
B. Beperking van de garantie
DE GARANTIE DIE HIERBOVEN IS UITEENGEZET, IS EXCLUSIEF EN IN PLAATS VAN ALLE

GARANTIES VAN VERKOOPBAARHEID EN GESCHIKTHEID VOOR EEN BEPAALD DOEL.
C. Beperking van de aansprakelijkheid
1. In de wettelijk toegestane mate hebt u alleen de mogelijkheden tot verhaal die worden vermeld in
deze Verklaring van beperkte garantie.

D. Lokale wetgeving
1. Deze Verklaring van beperkte garantie biedt de Klant specifieke wettelijke rechten. Het is mogelijk
dat u ook andere rechten hebt die per land of regio verschillen.
2. Als deze Verklaring van beperkte garantie in strijd is met de lokale wetgeving, geldt voor u dat deze
Verklaring wordt geacht zodanig te zijn gewijzigd dat deze overeenkomt met de lokale wetgeving.
Sommige landen staan geen uitsluitingen of beperkingen toe. Het kan dus zijn dat de

sommige overheden buiten de Verenigde Staten (waaronder provincies in Canada):
a. worden aan de Klant aanvullende rechten verleend,
b. is uitsluiting of beperking van wettelijk voorgeschreven rechten zoals geformuleerd in deze
Verklaring van beperkte garantie, niet toegestaan (bijvoorbeeld in het Verenigd Koninkrijk);
c. kunnen de mogelijkheden van de fabrikant om dergelijke uitsluitingen en beperkingen af te
dwingen op andere wijze worden beperkt,
d. geldt een impliciete-garantieperiode waarvoor de fabrikant geen uitsluiting kan afdwingen, of
e. wordt geen beperking toegestaan van de duur van de geïmpliceerde garantie.
3. De Klant heeft mogelijk extra statutaire rechten op basis van de aankoopovereenkomst. Dergelijke
rechten worden op geen enkele manier beïnvloed door deze Verklaring van beperkte garantie.
4. Voor consumententransacties in de Verenigde Staten worden wettelijk verplichte impliciete
garanties in duur beperkt in overeenstemming met de expliciete garantieperiode.
5. VOOR TRANSACTIES IN AUSTRALIË EN NIEUW-ZEELAND VORMEN DE IN DEZE

HP biedt een aantal opties voor garantie-uitbreiding waarmee u bent verzekerd van een langere
garantiedekking. De garantiedekking begint op de aankoopdatum en de aankoop moet binnen de

Gereglementeerd modelnummer
Voor identificatiedoeleinden is aan het product een gereglementeerd modelnummer toegewezen. Het
gereglementeerde modelnummer voor uw product is FCLSD-0603. Dit gereglementeerde nummer dient
niet te worden verward met de marketingnaam (HP Photosmart R725/R727 Digitale camera) of met
productnummers (L2062A, L2063A, L2064A, L2065A, L2066A, L2069A, L2070A, L2071A, L2072A,
L2073A).
Voorzorgsmaatregelen
•
Om het risico van elektrische schokken te vermijden moet u de behuizing van de camera niet openen of
proberen de camera zelf te repareren. Neem voor reparatie contact op met een geautoriseerd
HP Service Center.

Houd de camera droog. Als de camera aan vocht wordt blootgesteld, kan deze beschadigd raken.
Gebruik de camera niet als er vocht in het apparaat is gekomen. Laat de camera eerst drogen voordat
u deze weer gebruikt.
•
Neem voor het wegwerpen van batterijen de instructies voor vernietiging en hergebruik van de fabrikant
van de batterij in acht of volg de richtlijnen op die voor uw regio worden aanbevolen. Batterijen mogen
niet worden verbrand of doorboord.

Laad niet-oplaadbare batterijen niet opnieuw op.
Een oplaadbare lithiumionenbatterij kan in de camera worden opgeladen als de camera is aangesloten
op een HP Digital Cameradock, HP Premium Cameradock of netvoedingsadapter. Gebruik voor de
camera alleen netvoedingsadapters of cameradocks die zijn goedgekeurd door HP. Als u een niet-
goedgekeurde netvoedingsadapter of cameradock gebruikt, kan de camera beschadigd raken of kan er
een onveilige situatie onstaan. Bovendien is de garantie van de camera niet langer geldig.

A. Extensão da garantia limitada
1. A Hewlett-Packard (HP) garante ao usuário final (Cliente) que cada produto HP especificado acima
(Produto) estará livre de defeitos de material e fabricação pelo período especificado acima. O
período de garantia começa na data da compra pelo Cliente.
2. Para cada Produto de software, a garantia limitada da HP se aplica somente no caso de falha na
execução das instruções de programação. A HP não garante que a operação de qualquer Produto
será ininterrupta ou livre de erros.
3. A garantia limitada HP cobre somente os defeitos surgidos como resultado de uso normal do
Produto e não cobre outros problemas, incluindo os que surgirem como resultado de:
a. Uso, manutenção, armazenamento, manuseio ou modificação inadequados;
b. Software, mídias, peças, acessórios, suprimentos ou adaptadores de alimentação não
fornecidos ou suportados pela HP; ou
c. Operações ou outras condições fora das especificações do Produto.
4. Se a HP receber, durante o período de garantia aplicável, aviso de um defeito em qualquer Produto,
a HP poderá, a seu critério, reparar ou substituir o Produto defeituoso.
5. Se a HP não puder substituir ou reparar um Produto defeituoso coberto pela garantia limitada da
HP, a HP irá, dentro de um período de tempo razoável após ter sido notificada do defeito, fornecer
outro produto similar em desempenho ou reembolsar o preço de compra proporcional, baseado em
uso e em outros fatores adequados.
6. A HP não terá obrigação de substituir, reparar ou reembolsar até que o Cliente envie o Produto
defeituoso para a HP e apresente uma prova de compra válida.
7. Qualquer produto substituto poderá ser novo ou seminovo, desde que funcione pelo menos de
forma igual ao Produto que está sendo substituído.
8. Os produtos podem conter peças remanufaturadas, componentes, ou materiais equivalentes a
novos em desempenho.

9. A garantia limitada da HP é válida em todos os países ou locais nos quais a HP ofereça suporte
para este Produto e o tenha comercializado. O nível do serviço de garantia poderá variar conforme
os padrões locais. Atualizações de serviços de garantia, como troca no dia seguinte, atendimento
em domicílio e seguro contra acidentes, podem ser adquiridos da HP.
B. Limitações da garantia

C. Limitações de responsabilidade
1. Até onde permitido pela legislação local, as soluções oferecidas nesta Declaração de garantia
limitada (LWS - Limited Warranty Statement) são as únicas e exclusivas soluções para o Cliente.
2. DENTRO DOS LIMITES PERMITIDOS PELAS LEIS LOCAIS, EXCETO PELAS OBRIGAÇÕES
ESPECIFICAMENTE MENCIONADAS NESTA DECLARAÇÃO DE GARANTIA, EM HIPÓTESE
ALGUMA A HP OU OS SEUS FORNECEDORES SERÃO RESPONSÁVEIS POR DANOS
DIRETOS, INDIRETOS, ESPECIAIS, INCIDENTAIS OU CONSEQÜENCIAIS, SEJAM ELES
BASEADOS EM CONTRATO, OBRIGAÇÕES EXTRACONTRATUAIS OU QUALQUER OUTRO
RECURSO JURÍDICO, MESMO QUE HP TENHA SIDO AVISADA DA POSSIBILIDADE DE TAIS
DANOS.
D. Lei local
1. Esta Declaração de Garantia concede ao Cliente direitos legais específicos. O Cliente pode possuir
outros direitos que variam de estado para estado nos Estados Unidos, de província para província
no Canadá e de país para país no restante do mundo.
2. No caso de esta Declaração de garantia limitada não ser consistente com a legislação local, esta
declaração será considerada alterada para se submeter à legislação local. Sob a legislação local,
determinadas renúncias e limitações desta Declaração podem não se aplicar ao Cliente. Por
exemplo, o governo federal dos Estados Unidos, alguns estados dos Estados Unidos e alguns
governos fora dos Estados Unidos (incluindo províncias do Canadá) podem:
a. Conceder ao Cliente direitos de garantia adicionais;
b. Excluir as renúncias e limitações desta Declaração que limitem os direitos estatutários de um
consumidor (por exemplo, o Reino Unido);
c. Restringir, de outra forma, a capacidade de um fabricante para impor tais renúncias ou
limitações;
d. Especificar a duração das garantias implícitas de que o fabricante não pode se isentar; ou
e. Desautorizar limitações na duração das garantias implícitas
3. O Cliente pode ter direitos estatutários adicionais baseados neste contrato de compra. Esses
direitos não serão de forma alguma afetados por esta Declaração de Garantia.
4. Para transações comerciais nos Estados Unidos, quaisquer garantias implícitas impostas por lei
são limitadas, em sua duração, ao período de garantia declarado.
5. PARA TRANSAÇÕES COMERCIAIS NA AUSTRÁLIA E NOVA ZELÂNDIA, OS TERMOS NESTA
