Club DJ’s around the world.

clean discs. Do not clean the disc using your shirt or pants, as this will cause damage to the disc.
Always use care when handling discs to prevent damaging the surface, in particular when removing a disc

However, to simplify the MEMO operations, the memory system manages each 200 MEMO data groups
as a minimum unit (the total 1000 memory capacity divided into 5 memory data groups). When you want
to clear just one MEMO data in the 1 MEMO CLEAR mode (see page 15), the unit will erase the memo
information but not the internal memo allocation number. Accordingly, depending on conditions, the
number of tracks that can be stored in the memory may be fewer than 1000.
Once you reached 1000 stored points, you will see a message that says “MEMO FULL!”. At this time you
will need to “delete” old data to make room for new memo points. Therefore the oldest 200 memo points
in that group will be deleted and become available.
•V.B.R. is not supported with this function.
BRAKE is supported in the same way as with normal

Los 30 puntos blancos indican visualmente

(1) Precauciones al manipular discos compactos
• Evite la presencia de grasa, polvo o huellas en la superficie del disco compacto. Si la superficie de señal (la parte
brillante) está sucia, límpiela con un paño suave y seco. Pase el paño en sentido circular desde el centro hacia
fuera.
• Para limpiar los discos no utilice ni agua, ni benzol, ni disolventes, ni pulverizadores para discos de vinilo, ni
productos químicos contra la electricidad estática ni paños tratados con silicona. No limpie el disco con su
camisa o sus pantalones, ya que podría dañarlo.

Si se activa el modo pausa y luego se reanuda la
reproducción, la posición a la que vuelve el lector con
la función Back CUE (señalización hacia atrás) cambia.
• Trate los discos con cuidado para evitar daños en la superficie, especialmente al sacar el disco de la caja y
devolverlo a la misma.
• No doble los discos compactos.
• No exponga los discos al calor.
• No agrande el agujero del centro del disco.
• No escriba en el disco ni le adhiera etiqueta alguna.
• Puede formarse condensación en la superficie del disco si éste se introduce desde unárea fría, como por
ejemplo los lugares al aire libre en invierno, en un espacio cerrado donde la temperatura sea más elevada. En
este caso, espere a que desaparezca la condensación. No seque nunca los discos con secadores de pelo, etc.
(2) Precauciones en el almacenamiento
• Después de reproducir un disco, devuélvalo siempre a su caja.
• Mantenga los discos en sus cajas cuando no vaya a reproducirlos. Así se protegerán del polvo y la suciedad y
se prolongará su vida útil.
• No guarde los discos en los siguientes lugares:
1) Lugares expuestos a la luz solar directa durante un tiempo considerable.
2) Lugares en donde se acumule polvo o haya mucha humedad.
3) Lugares expuestos a altas temperaturas, por ejemplo cerca de salidas de calefacción.

CONTROL DE TONO/FRENO
• Cuando se selecciona una pista con el botón TRACK SELECT o y se pulsa el botón PLAY/PAUSE !, la
reproducción se inicia desde el principio de esa pista. Si desea comenzar desde otra posición, use el
procedimiento descrito más adelante para buscar la posición deseada.
• Hay dos modos de cambiar la velocidad de reproducción.
• Ajuste el Tono mediante el uso del interruptor deslizante de ajuste de tono !.
• El botón PITCH BEND ! o rueda jog y puede ser usado para cambiar temporalmente el tono.
• La velocidad de reproducción puede modificarse en gran medida para lograr un efecto similar a los que se
pueden conseguir con el vinilo analógico.

Reproducción, pausa y CUE
• Puede seleccionarse el tiempo transcurrido de
reproducción del archivo y el tiempo de reproducción
restante (sólo para archivos C.B.R.)
• La leyenda del nombre del archivo, del nombre de la
carpeta y de la etiqueta ID-3 se pueden visualizar
(título/nombre del artista/nombre del álbum).
Cada vez que se pulsa el botón TITLE, se
seleccionará el nombre de archivo, el nombre de la
carpeta, el título, el nombre del artista o el nombre
del álbum.
• Al igual que ocurre con un CD normal, es posible
reproducir, hacer una pausa o utilizar la función back-
CUE.
• Rango de paso, 4%, 10%, 16%.
NOTA:
• Cuando se utiliza la función back CUE en archivos
codificados V.B.R., la posición inicial regresa al
cabezal 00:00:00 en vez de cuando se detecta
música.
• Cuando se selecciona búsqueda por nombre

Memo (Memoria de ajuste personalizado)
Puede realizarse una búsqueda manual sólo para
archivos C.B.R.
NOTA:
Sólo para archivos C.B.R., el inicio en caliente (Hot), la
reproducción de bucle continuo, el modo de repetición
y el recorte de B pueden realizarse del mismo modo
que en los CD normales.
La información de configuración del CD puede almacenarse en memoria no volátil. La información almacenada
podrá extraerse de la memoria más adelante, facilitando así la preparación de su mezcla.
NOTA: La función MEMO no puede utilizarse para MP3.
• Con la búsqueda manual, sólo es posible buscar

PRECAUCIÓN:
BRAKE se admite del mismo modo que en los CD
normales.
1000 es el número máximo de pistas que pueden almacenarse en la memoria.
Sin embargo, para simplificar las operaciones de MEMO, el sistema de memoria gestionará cada grupo de
datos de 200 MEMO como una unidad mínima (la capacidad de memoria total de 1000 dividida en 5 grupos
de datos de memoria). Cuando desee borrar solo un dato de MEMO en el modo 1 MEMO CLEAR (consulte
la página 55), la unidad borrará la información de nota recordatoria pero no el número de asignación interno.
Respectivamente, dependiendo de las condiciones, el número de pistas que se puede almacenar en la
memoria puede ser inferior a 1000.
Una vez que tenga 1000 puntos almacenados, visualizará un mensaje que dice “MEMO FULL!”. En este
momento necesitará “borrar” datos antiguos para conseguir espacio para los nuevos puntos de notas
recordatorias. Por lo tanto, los 200 puntos memorizados más antiguos de tal grupo se eliminarán y pasarán
a estar disponibles.

• Aparecerá el mensaje “Delete OK?”; a continuación, pulse el botón TRACK SELECT o de nuevo para
borrar la memoria.
• Después de que se han borrado los primeros 200 Memo (número 0 al 199), los números después del
Memo 200 son numerados nuevamente como los nuevos 1, 2, 3… (ahora dispondrá de un nuevo grupo
de 200 espacios vacíos.).

• Cuando se carga un CD que se había guardado previamente en la memoria, el indicador MEMO
parpadeará durante 5 segundos.
• Para invocar los datos de un Memo, seleccione la pista que MEMO. *Se encenderá el indicador MEMO.
• Pulse el botón MEMO @ para habilitar la función Memo call.
• Si pulsa el botón TRACK SELECT oen el modo de llamada de memoria (Memo call), se cargarán todos
los datos almacenados en la memoria. El DN-D4500 pasará al modo de espera en el punto CUE.
• Cuando se carga el tono de reproducción desde la memoria con el indicador PITCH LED parpadeando,
el tono de reproducción se bloqueará hasta que el botón de control de tono llegue al mismo valor de
tono. Mientras el Pitch actual esté bloqueado, el LED del PITCH continuará parpadeando.
• Si no desea guardar la información de tono y clave, coloque el modo de tono en OFF antes de guardar
su nuevo MEMO.
Seleccione el cable de 2 líneas (TRS) (CUE y Play) o el cable de 1 línea (TS) (Play y Pause).
(8) Power Play (POWER ON PLAY) : P. Play ON / P. Play OFF*
La reproducción comienza cuando la alimentación es activada y si se carga un disco.

Seleccione el modo de la altura tonal cuando se encienda la unidad.
(10) Play Mode (SINGLE / CONTINUOUS / SINGLE PLAY LOCK) : Single / Cont. / Play Lock*
Seleccione el modo de reproducción cuando encienda el equipo.
• Cuando se selecciona SINGLE PLAY LOCK, queda desactivada la selección de pistas durante la
reproducción. De este modo evitará que la reproducción se detenga si se gira accidentalmente el botón
TRACK SELECT odurante la reproducción. Este modo es válido incluso cuando se selecciona después
de activar la alimentación.
(3) 1 MEMO CLEAR [Memo Clr]
• Para borrar los datos de una memorización, seleccione la pista que MEMO (memorizó); se encenderá
el indicador MEMO.
• Pulse el botón MEMO @ para activar el modo de eliminación de la memoria. Gire el botón TRACK
SELECT o una vez hacia la derecha hasta la opción ”Memo Clr?”.
• Si pulsa el botón TRACK SELECT oen el modo MEMO CLEAR, se borrarán los datos de la memoria y
se apagará el indicador de MEMO de la pantalla.
(11) Time Mode (ELAPSED / REMAIN) : Elapsed* / Remain
Seleccione el modo tiempo cuando encienda el equipo.
(12) Bpm Disp (BPM DISPLAY) : Disp ON* / Disp OFF
Seleccione la pantalla BPM.

• Se pueden borrar todos los datos de la memoria.

q El modo preset está disponible cuando se pulsa el botón MEMO/PRESET @ durante más de 1 segundo
si DN-D4500 está en modo CUE, pausa o sin disco.
Borre todos los datos de MEMO que haya en la memoria no volátil.
q Para borrar todos los datos de la MEMO, pulse el botón TRACK SELECT o.
• “Clear OK?” parpadea en el visualizador de caracteres.
