Unfolding
As Easy as 1—2—3!
1. Unfold and lock the frame

Release the Hook & Loop strap holding the
frame to the luggage rack and wrap around the
frame tube for storage see figs. 1a & 1b.
Standing on the chain side of the bike, swing the
front and rear halves of the bike into position.
Slightly lift up the quick connect lever, spring
loaded locking pin assembly to allow the two
halves of the frame to align. Release the assem-
bly, allowing the locking pin to engage into posi-
tion, see fig. 1c. Rotate the assembly into its
safety lock position and fold down the quick con-
nect lever. Be sure that the spring loaded bolt is
tight and the fold down lever rests against the
surface, see fig. 1d. It should lock firmly in place.
Always ensure the connection is properly se-
cured before riding.

2. Unfold and lock the handlebars

Swing the handlebar assembly up into position,
align the wedge shaped
block into upright position
and tighten the handle
bar lock handle, see fig. 2.
Always ensure it is secure-
ly tight before riding.

3. Unfold and lock the pedals
The folded pedal is held in position by a spring
loaded locking mechanism, see fig. 3a. Simply
unfold the pedal and ensure it locks into its rid-
ing position, see fig. 3b. Release the pedal as-
sembly making sure it locks into position to se-
cure the pedal, see fig. 3c. Repeat for other pedal.
Adjust the seat assembly for comfortable rider posi-
tion as described in this manual. Always ensure the
seat clamp is securely tightened before riding.

3. Unlock and fold the pedals
Using your thumb, compress and hold the spring
loaded pedal assembly as you fold the pedal into
its folded position, see figs. 3a-3c.

2. Unlock and fold the handlebars
Release the quick connect locking lever, then
swing the lever out of its captive slot. Swing the
handlebar assembly down to the side of the
frame, see fig. 2.

the frame lock quick con-
nect lever, see fig. 1a.
Rotate the quick connect
lever, spring loaded bolt

and locking pin assembly
away from the frame. Slightly lift up on the quick
connect lever, spring loaded locking pin assembly
to allow the locking pin to disengage and the two
halves of the frame to separate, see fig 1b. Swing
the front and rear halves of the bike together.
Use the Hook & Loop strap to hold the frame in
the folded position by wrapping it around part of
the luggage rack, see figs. 1c & 1d.

Optional-Seat Assembly
To save additional space, you can lower the seat
assembly all the way down to the frame or com-
pletely remove it from the frame. Pull up the
quick release seat lever and flip over. Allow the
seat assembly to slide all the way down to the
frame or remove it completely.

Adjustments
Seatpost
You can easily and quickly adjust the height of
the seatpost to fit almost any rider
Locate the Quick Release seat lever. Lift the lev-
er and flip open. Adjust the seatpost as desired.
Flip the lever back over to tighten. Make sure
lever is always completely tightened before rid-
ing.
Caution: If the Seat Assembly can still turn
from side to side or slide up and down, tighten
the tension adjusting nut on the other side of the
Quick Release lever before securing.
Stem
You can easily and quickly adjust the height of
the stem to fit almost any rider
Locate the Quick Release seat lever. Lift the lev-
er and flip open. Adjust the stem as desired.
Flip the lever back over to tighten. Make sure
lever is always completely tightened before rid-
ing.
Caution: If the stem can still slide up and down,
tighten the tension adjusting nut on the other
side of the Quick Release lever before securing.

This KETTLER Limited Warranty applies to products sold through the KETTLER Authorized Dealer
Network to the original retail purchaser and authenticated by proof of purchase from a retailer lo-
cated in the United States or Canada. Any shipments made under this warranty will be shipped to
the United States or Canada only. Any shipment outside of the United States will be at the sole cost
of the customer. This KETTLER Limited Warranty is a manufacturer’s warranty and is not changed
or modified by additional warranties extended by individual retailers at the point of sale. Manufac-
turer warrants this product to be free from defects in material at the time of the product’s tender of
delivery for a period of 1 year for residential use. This Limited Warranty is not transferable and does
not cover normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, damage and wear to cable housings,
tires, tubes, suspension forks, and other non-durable parts). The liability of the manufacturer under
this Limited Warranty shall not include any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages
resulting from the defect. This Limited Warranty is void if the product is damaged by accident, un-
reasonable use, improper service, failure to follow instructions provided, modification from its origi-
nal state, or other causes determined not arising out of defects in material.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Should this product become defective due to material
within the warranty period, contact KETTLER Parts & Service Dept. by phone at 866.804.0440, fax
at 757.563.9273, or e-mail at [email protected]. When making a claim, return of the defective
part and/or pictures of the defective item may be required for claim. The limited warranty provides
replacement parts; defective parts will be repaired, replaced, or substituted with the same part or a
part of equal value. The limited warranty does not cover the cost of labor and/or repair.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IM-
PLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, AND OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITY ON THE PART OF THE MANUFACTURER.
